Course Change Requests
Students can access the online course change form next to their counsellor’s name until Friday Jan 30 at 3:00 pm. Course change requests are done using the course change form between Friday Jan. 23 and Friday Jan. 30. The online appointment booking system will be available for students beginning Monday Feb. 2. Due to the volume of course change requests, counsellors will only be looking at the online course change request forms. Do not phone, email or use TEAMS chat to request a course change during this time. Please make sure you click the link next to your counsellor’s name. The completed online course change forms are sent automatically to your counsellor. Only submit your form once. Space is very limited in most courses, and many courses are full. Course changes will be very limited as a result. To determine if your request was possible, please keep checking your timetable on your MYED student portal account. If you have difficulty logging into MYED please contact the main office, not your counsellor.
